The Farm Bill just passed in the House of Representatives and it’s full of toxic anti-ESA riders along with stripping humans and farmers from dignity.
The vote was extremely close: 213-211. 20 Republicans voted with us, lost 0 Democrats and 4 did not vote. The House bill is horrible – full of anti-ESA riders, anti-EPA and anti-environmental and human provisions.
Instead of aiding farmers as it falsely claims, this bill will aide CAFOs and industrial agriculture while destroying our environment, pollinators and wildlife, particularly wolves.
We MUST flood the phone lines asking for a clean Senate Farm Bill with NO anti-ESA riders. Contact Debbie Stabenow, the head of the Agriculture Senate Committee and ask her for a clean Farm Bill with no anti-ESA riders.
