You Had a Beautiful Day. That’s All We Want for Wolves.

I hope you got outside this weekend. Sunshine, fall color, a quiet walk in the woods.

That’s all a wolf family wants too: a safe place to raise their pups. This summer in Price County, nine wolves, pups included, never got that. Nobody was hurt. They were killed anyway.

Match ends Sunday at midnight

And it’s about to get worse

  • The White House has given the Interior Department until early December to decide whether to strip wolves’ federal protection.
  • The House has passed a bill to delist wolves and block anyone from challenging it in court.
  • Both parties: Sens. Tammy Baldwin and Amy Klobuchar have pushed their own delisting bills.
  • Wisconsin law forces a hunt the moment protections end. The last one killed 218 wolves in under 72 hours.
  • The governor’s race: the winner appoints the DNR secretary and signs or vetoes every wolf bill. Get out the wildlife vote.

In 2021, we sued and stopped Wisconsin’s wolf hunt. We have to be ready to do it again. We’re 100% volunteer and take no corporate or government money. We run on people like you.
