We Did the Work. Now We Need You.
The DNR apologized to the Tribes for the Flambeau Nine. That didn’t happen by accident.

The Wisconsin DNR and USDA Wildlife Services killed nine wolves in Price County without consulting Tribal Nations. As a non-partisan watchdog, our job is to shine a light on exactly what they did.
But independent oversight isn’t free. It takes hundreds of hours of FOIA and records requests, legal reviews, and investigative journalism to uncover the truth.
We got these reports directly from the DNR. We put them in the hands of the press and the Tribes. We are the ones who exposed this story. That is exactly what we do.
The DNR would not be apologizing to the Tribes and promising to do better if we hadn’t exposed what was going on and worked with the Tribes. Read the Wisconsin Public Radio report.

And we are not done. There is more to this story, and we are going after it.
We don’t take a dime from corporations or the government. We answer only to you.
