Wolves face coordinated attacks now. Congress and agencies are moving fast. We need you

Wolves are once again in the crosshairs. Right now, Congress is pushing legislation to strip wolves of federal protections and block the courts from stepping in. If this passes, states could open the door to aggressive hunts, unchecked killing, and the unraveling of decades of recovery work. 

This isn’t just policy—it’s life or death for wolves. And it’s happening fast. 

Wolves are under coordinated attack—from Congress and federal agencies alike. Multiple bills and backdoor maneuvers are threatening to strip wolves of protection and silence the courts. 

If we don’t act now, we could lose decades of recovery progress. 

Here’s what’s coming at us: 

🔴 Pet and Livestock Protection Act (H.R. 845) 
– Would delist gray wolves nationwide 
– Blocks judicial review—courts couldn’t intervene 

🔴 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 
– Includes riders that could force wolf delisting through unrelated military funding 

🔴 House Appropriations Bills 
– Contain anti-wildlife riders that strip protections and defund science-based management 

🔴 NESBIC (Northern Endangered Species Budget and Implementation Cuts) 
– Aims to gut funding for endangered species recovery, including wolves 

🔴 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Administrative Delisting 
– Agency officials have signaled intent to delist wolves without Congressional action—quietly, bureaucratically, and fast 

This is a full-spectrum assault. And we need to respond with full-spectrum resistance.
